Admission

The admission of members of the Forum shall be approved by the Board of Directors by a simple majority vote of its members.

 

All new applications for membership shall be submitted in writing to the Board of Directors together with a profile of the applicant organization, providing details on the organization’s purpose, activities, programs, and trustees or board of directors.

 

The applicant organization shall also provide its, statutes, as well as its annual narrative and audited financial reports for the past two years at least. The applicant organization will be notified by the Forum of the decision of the Board of Directors. All members must conform to the membership criteria.

Only members who have paid all amounts owed to the Forum, including membership fees, may vote at meetings of the General Membership Assembly. Each member of the Forum shall have one vote.
